a mixed stay, some issues noted

closed pool inefficient air conditioning
my arrival wasn't the best. i was told the pool was closed, though i wasn't informed beforehand. it was a bummer, especially since i wanted to relax (who doesn't?). also, the air conditioning didn't cool the room as much as i wanted. it worked, but not well enough for my liking. the breakfast was bad. i ended up going out.

The room was very clean and spacious, I loved the daily housekeeping service! The location was great and near the Brickell City Center, it was just a short walk. We had a business event, and the event coordinators were so helpful to work with!
The shower had little to no pressure! I know facilities use water conservation appliances though the pressure was too low! The breakfast was too crowded. It was hard to get eggs or sausage. The parking price was too high and not worth it!

Excellent Stay Near Downtown

convenient location complimentary bar equipped gym friendly staff
The location was superb with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The free coffee, tea, and water bar available all day was a nice touch. The gym had adequate equipment. I found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I noticed the elevators experienced occasional delays.

My room included a king-sized bed and a dedicated work area with an ergonomic chair. I also noticed the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, convenient, and it had great space. A spacious closet offered ample storage.

Complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, and a variety of pastries. It was quite practical. I appreciated the hot coffee and juice options. I also noticed fresh fruit was available. It tasted great.

The hotel has an excellent location. I found several restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I was able to walk to a large shopping center. The metro station was nearby and easy to reach.
